Panoramic Finnish sauna

TEMPERATURE: 85-90° C . HUMIDITY: 10-20%

The classic hot, dry Scandinavian sauna, but with a view. This intensive type of sauna strengthens the immune and cardiovascular systems. It also has a relaxing, regenerative effect and promotes good sleep while also cleansing and detoxifying the skin.

Organic hay sauna

TEMPERATURE: 55-60° C . HUMIDITY: 70%

The perfect choice for those who love saunas but do better in milder temperatures. The humid heat gently stimulates circulation and releases the precious essential oils in our hand-cut Alpine hay. These soothing active ingredients are absorbed through the airways and skin, providing long-lasting relief from inflammation and rheumatic symptoms.

Fenilia steam bath

TEMPERATURE: 45-50° C . HUMIDITY: 90%

With its high humidity and pleasant mild heat, the Fenilia steam room soothes the skin and the airways. The steam bath is an all-round boon for your health: it cleanses and strengthens stressed bronchi, boosts circulation, alleviates muscle tension and makes the skin velvety soft.

Infrared sauna

The deep-reaching heat from the infrared sauna is gentle, evenly distributed and very effective. This type of sauna makes the body sweat without overheating the skin. A 15 to 20-minute session is all you need to enjoy its benefits on the muscles and joints. Infrared saunas also improve lung function, alleviate complaints in the ear, nose and throat area, and boost circulation and metabolism.
