Reductions apply for children sharing a room with two full-paying adults.

Double rooms:
0-2 years: - 80%
3-7 years: - 60%
from 8 years: - 40%

Suites:
0-2 years: - 60%
3-7 years: - 40%
from 8 years: - 20%

The Brunna suite is available for a minimum of 3 full-paying guests. If there is a fourth guest, the above reductions apply to the third and fourth guest.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THAT ARE COVERED BY VALID TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

If you complete your booking without travel cancellation insurance, you tacitly agree to our cancellation policy and agree to bear any costs that may arise. Please be aware that cancellation insurance is requisite for rescheduling your booking at short notice free of charge.

The Italian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 206-2005, art. 45-67) does not provide for the right of withdrawal on hotel bookings. Nevertheless, we allow cancellations under the following terms:

• Up until 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• 30 to 15 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
• Bookings cancelled in the last 14 days before arrival are charged in full.
• No deductions are granted in the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show.
